"LAVA PURSE", DESIGNED AND BUILT ENTIRELY BY HAND BY "KNITTA!"

"LAVA PURSE" has been designed and built entirely by hand by "Knitta!" for the VOLCANO DRESS, the sumptuous dress made by YARDEN MITRANI with a fabric whose design was developed by a click of ROBERTO ALBORGHETTI – LACER-ACTIONS.

"LAVA PURSE" is processed by combining different yarns, wool and synthetic fabric inserts, selected and combined by “Knitta!” to better express the concept of "washing" and "fire", that is the material produced by the volcano, hot, bright colors, generated by a plurality of components of basic chemicals, hydrogen, oxygen, sulphur, silicon.

The colors of the "LAVA PURSE" recall those VOLCANO DRESS apparel and fabric inserts, furniture and light, allow to enhance the dynamism of matter, as the lava coming down from the volcano. "LAVA PURSE" is made with the technique "Arm Knitting", a special process performed with the use of arms, without the use of needles, that "Knitta" reworked and customized.

Applying clippings pearl adds quote oceans references to ancestral "LAVA PURSE".

"Knitta!" Is the reference website dedicated to creativity with yarns founded by Maria Pia Marini, who collaborates Monique Hemsi, journalist passionate about knitwear and handicrafts.
